CONSTRUCTION LABORATORY

We offer our business partners overall solutions for quality control management needed for construction facilities and the materials used.

By providing quality services, resulting from our professional and conscientious work in our construction laboratory and on construction facilities, as well as by giving consultancy services, we enable our customers to choose materials of appropriate quality, to optimally carry out the work according to the type of construction facilities and the currently available mechanical equipment, and to prove to their investors that the facility has been professionally built in accordance with the quality requirements.

We offer our customers professional and quality services. That is why we are determined to continue our professional training, to upgrade our knowledge, skills and experience, and to use the state-of-the-art laboratory equipment also in the future.

We are going to strive towards efficient internal organisation, which is expected to enable us to optimally adapt ourselves to the customer requests regarding the service completion date.

By consistent implementing the objectives of our quality policy, we want to remain among the best laboratories by being quality reputable and successful in business thanks to professionally trained laboratory staff and the state-of-the-art equipment.

SOIL MECHANICS AND FOUNDATION ENGINEERING

The term soil mechanics refers to examination and description of mechanical properties of soils and rocks. The ground provides natural support for any construction, the weight of which must be carried without causing any deflections and deformations....

GEOMECHANICS LABORATORY

It is intended for carrying out field and laboratory geotechnical investigations. The laboratory is equipped with modern test and measurement equipment.

The laboratory technical personnel are trained for giving consultancy services and for exercising control over performing geotechnical investigations. During the preparation stage of implementation documentation, our work is primarily aimed at providing technological solutions (preliminary reports, detailed technical and economic assessments, procedure instructions, etc.), which ensure optimum construction of foundations and using the best possible materials for constructing facilities.

Our work includes: taking samples of materials in the field, carrying out field measurements, inspection of excavations for all types of foundations and field prospection for preliminary investigations, and issuing geotechnical assessment reports. Most measurement results, collected in the field, are captured by handhelds so that the report is drawn up simultaneously with carrying out measurements.

In addition to doing work in the field, we carry out geomechanical laboratory tests, which are divided into tests for mechanical and physical properties of rocks (aggregates) and cohesive soils. The tests carried out in our laboratory, the measurement results obtained in the field, and project documentation monitoring enable us to assess the results qualitatively and, according to the required criteria, to present the reports to customers.

CONCRETE TESTING LABORATORY

Concrete laboratory is equipped with modern concrete and stone aggregate testing equipment. In carrying out these procedures, we have brought them into compliance with new Slovenian standards, which determine single test methods.

The laboratory technical personnel are trained for giving consultancy services and for exercising control over concreting work. During the preparation stage of implementation documentation, our work is primarily aimed at providing technological solutions (concrete projects, procedure instructions, etc.), which ensure optimum pouring the concrete into the framework of the structure or its element. Our technical personnel carry out daily monitoring of concreting work in the field, exercising quality control over the built-in concrete, which results in the final quality assessment of the project completed.
